Your complaint must include the following information:

- If the complaint involves a utility model patent, please specify the claimed infringed utility model and provide a supporting court order or judgment.
- Your full name, company or organization (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement declaring that you have a good‑faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that all information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Remove links to the infringing content.
- Notify the alleged infringer that the content has been removed or disabled.
- Terminate access to VFTCOVZ services for users or third parties who are repeat infringers.
- Take other actions in accordance with our Terms of Use and applicable policies.
